I worked as Frontend Tech Lead in the development of the Soma Saúde platform, a system created in partnership with the Hospital das Clínicas of UFBA to support the monitoring of patients with Cystic Fibrosis. The project was developed by TITAN Empresa Júnior with the goal of creating a digital platform that facilitates communication, monitoring, and management of clinical information, helping healthcare professionals and patients manage the treatment of the disease. As Frontend Tech Lead, I was responsible for: -Leading the frontend development of the platform from a technical perspective. -Defining architecture standards and interface organization. -Coordinating technical decisions and supporting other developers during implementation. -Ensuring component consistency and a high-quality user experience. The application includes multiple dashboards with different access levels, including: -Administrative Dashboard – overall management of the platform and its users. -Pharmacist Dashboard – access to data related to patient treatment and monitoring. -Patient Dashboard – interface for tracking information and interacting with the system. I also developed a custom accessibility widget, integrated into the platform interface, with features focused on digital inclusion: -Dynamic font size adjustment to improve readability. -Screen reading functionality to assist visually impaired users. -Accessibility controls available directly within the system interface. This project required the development of a scalable, accessible interface prepared for multiple user roles, reinforcing my experience in technical leadership, frontend architecture, and complex web application development.
